Partners Health Management is continuing to load all members and authorizations for personal care services (PCS-99509) in the HHAeXchange EVV vendor portal. Providers should be able to see members in HHAeXchange by July 17. If you are a contracted Tailored Plan provider with Partners and unable to see your members in HHAeXchange, please verify your pending placement queue in the HHAeXchange portal.
Partners will keep providers updated on the progress but expects to have the authorization feeds completed by mid- to late-July.
If your organization’s provider portal is not linked to Partners HHAeXchange portal, please contact the EVV Support Team with Partners at EVVSupport@PartnersBHM.org to submit a request to have your portal linked.
