Partners Health Management is reminding providers that only Personal Care Services (PCS) 99509 HA and 99509 HB are subject to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements. Partners utilized HHAeXchange (HHA) as the EVV vendor. Providers subject to EVV requirements must submit claims through EVV.
What must providers do?
- Providers subject to EVV requirements must submit claims through Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
- Providers should review the Partners EVV Welcome Letter for additional details on connecting with the HHA portal.
- Providers using all other Personal Care Services (PCS) 99509 service codes should submit claims using the traditional physical health claims process through ProviderCONNECT. Providers should log in to ProviderCONNECT and select Physical Health Claims. This will direct them to the Availity platform to submit the claim.
