Provider Forum Webinar—Register Today!
Partners’ next Provider Forum will be held via webinar on June 13 at 1 p.m. We will discuss and the results of the Community Needs Assessment and Gaps Analysis, which reviews the publicly funded behavioral health services provided to the citizens of the eight counties served by Partners. This information is used to decide which health care services are working, which should improve, and what needs to be added.

Credentialing Background Checks
In an effort to ensure that the credentialing processes meet both the providers’ and Partners’ needs, Partners has identified that the current background check vendor is insufficient. Thus, we are in the process of finalizing an agreement with another background check vendor. We apologize for the inconveniences our current vendor has caused. We greatly appreciate everyone’s patience with us as we address this situation and transition to the new vendor.
In addition, all providers are reminded to use the credentialing forms posted at https://legacy.providers.partnersbhm.org/provider-enrollment-credentialing/ to ensure that you are using the most up-to-date form. DO NOT reuse a form previously submitted.

Reminder: Perception of Care Surveys Due June 22, 2017
Providers are reminded that the survey administration period ends on June 12, 2017 and all surveys need to be returned to Partners by June 19, 2017.
Providers can return the surveys by:
- sending/delivering to your provider specialist;
- sending/delivering to Jackie Copeland at the Elkin office; or
- sending/delivering to April Corder at the Gastonia office.
