Partners Health Management will soon begin using the CCW database for residential referrals and placements. Rapid Resources for Families will offer an informational session for all youth residential providers to introduce the benefits of using the database and how this can make a positive impact on the youth placement and referral process.
All residential providers that support youth should register for the upcoming training session to be held March 11 from 10-11:30 a.m.

Use of the CCW database can help providers receive referrals for placement, track bed vacancies and treatment outcomes through admission and discharge data.
