Effective Sept. 1, 2025, Partners Health Management will implement a new rate for H2023U4 Supported Employment Initial. The new rate will be $12.90 per unit to bring Partners’ rates in alignment with the other LME/MCOs who operate Tailored Plans.
What is happening?
Partners periodically takes the opportunity to review our rates for service lines. Upon review of our rate for H2023U4 Supported Employment Initial and a review of best practices, Partners determined the rate for this service should be decreased.
- The new rate is $12.90 per unit.
- This rate will be effective with Sept. 1, 2025, dates of service.
- The Partners’ rate schedule has been updated and is available on our website: providers.partnersbhm.org/claims-information.
Why is this happening?
- To align Partners rates with the other Tailored Plans.
- To ensure the initial phase of Supported Employment supports members in moving through the phases without delay.
