Partners Health Management’s Finance Department has migrated to a new accounting platform.
What is happening?
- Partners’ Finance Department has moved to a new accounting platform.
- All claims payments for the checkwrite dated Feb. 3, 2026, were processed successfully in the new system and payments will be posted to your bank on Feb. 3, 2026.
- However, email notifications about the payments did not go out as planned. We are correcting the problem for the next checkwrite process.
What do providers need to do?
- Providers can reach out to the Finance Department if they did not receive a notification and want confirmation of a payment for the Feb. 3, 2026, checkwrite.
- This does not affect providers’ remittance advice. Those reports will be available on the normal scheduled date.
