What is happening?
Partners, through its partnership with Carolina Complete Health, is using Evolent (formerly National Imaging Associates, Inc.) to provide the management and prior authorization of non-emergent, advanced outpatient imaging services.
Only non-emergent procedures performed in an outpatient setting rendered on and after October 1, 2024, will require authorization with Evolent.
What do providers need to do?
Starting September 23, 2024, providers can submit authorization requests to Evolent for radiology services rendered on and after October 1, 2024.

Click the New User button to set up a unique username/account ID and password for each individual user in your office.
